Sogndal sauna
How does it work
You will find firewood by the sauna. Please remember to keep the fire going steadily throughout your session, and feel free to add a couple of logs before you leave. Be careful not to burn yourself on the stove."
Invite your friends and book at the desired date and time for a hot experience in Songdal Sauna. The session lasts two full hours, regardless of it beeing DROP IN or PRIVATE.
Choose between Fyrig Drop-in or private.
You will get a PIN-Code on email after booking your session. Enter the pin at the key box, the box will beep, open the box and use the key inside to enter.
The sauna is wood-fired, so it takes approximately 40 minutes to heat up. Use a generous amount of wood to get a good fire going in the stove. You’ll need to tend to the fire actively to get it warm quickly, use a good ammount for the initial heating.
There are one changing room in the entrance area. NOTE: Theres is no shower and toilet facilites. Carry out toilet visit before arrival. The nearest toilet is the public one, by the Coop Food store.
Swimming is at your own responsibility. Look after each other when swimming, and never swim alone. Be careful in the stairway down to water, tend to be really slippery during winter!
We do not recommend alcohol in combination with Sauna. If you booked drop in alcohol is not permitted. All drinks containing color that can leave marks on the interior are forbidden.
